RECORDING STUDIO

The studio is a well-equipped, mid-sized audio facility, built around a Mac Studio running Logic Pro X, an array of quality preamps, Focal monitoring and a Neve 5060 Centrepiece.

Owned and operated by writer, producer, engineer and mixer Lin Gardiner, we can accommodate any size of project, including a turnkey solution for a full album. Lin has a wealth of professional experience in both the music and video game industries, as well as film and tv audio post production, with clients including Island Records, Microsoft Game Studios, Lit Fuse Records and National Film Board of Canada.

Lin brings a calm, positive energy to the studio, balancing technical and organizational skills with a critical ear and a fun, down-to-earth attitude. She is a natural behind the board, and excels when working with singers, rappers, musicians and voice artists, always bringing the best out of artists in genres as diverse as hip hop, EDM, folk, pop and classical.

Payment Information

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due at the end of your session.

For sessions one day and shorter, a full non-refundable payment is required to confirm your booking, at time of booking.

Payment can be made by cheque payable to Lin Gardiner, Interac eTransfer or by cash in person.

Sessions begin billing at the agreed start time, and continue until final load out.
